EPF ups stake in ACL Cables to over 10%

The Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) has increased its stake in ACL Cables PLC to over 10%.

ACL in a disclosure Monday said EPF shareholding in the company increased to 71.9 million shares, representing 10% of the issued share capital, as at 30 September 2026, through a series of transactions.

As at June 2026, the EPF held 68.9 million shares, equivalent to 9.6% stake. It remains the third largest shareholder overall whilst being the biggest institutional shareholder.

ACL Cables share price gained by 30 cents on Monday to close at Rs. 89.
