The latest edition of the Handbook of Industrial Relations was recently released by the Employers’ Federation of Ceylon. Here Director General Vajira Ellepola (right) presents a copy of the handbook to Chairman Dinesh Weerakkody at the EFC Secretariat. Established in 1929, the Employers’ Federation of Ceylon is the principal organisation representing employers in Sri Lanka, playing a leading role in addressing labour and social issues while promoting employer interests at the national level—particularly in the areas of industrial relations and labour law.
