Dinesh meets World Bank Group Chief

During his brief visit to Sri Lanka, World Bank Group President Ajay Banga met with Employers’ Federation of Ceylon (EFC) Chairman and Union Bank of Colombo PLC Chairman Dinesh Weerakkody.

Prior to his appointment to the World Bank, Banga served as President of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris. Weerakkody, who was the immediate Past Chairman of ICC Sri Lanka, served on the ICC World Council during Banga’s tenure.
