Cee Tee Hills Tea Factory in record-breaking spell

Cee Tee Hills Tea Factory owned and managed by Southern Group has achieved an all-time record price for their BOPF (Special) at the Colombo Tea Auctions held on 28 June.  The tea lot was purchased by M/S. Heritage Teas Ltd., and was sold exclusively by John Keells PLC, at the record price of Rs. 2650 per kg. Cee Tee hills Tea factory is located at Urubokka, Beralapanathara in the Mathara district and is well known for offering high quality liquoring teas to Colombo Auctions and have earned the reputation of topping their own record prices for small special grades on a regular basis.
