  • Confers ‘Elite’ customer status and benefits on holders of ICCSL membership cards

CEOs of companies that are members of the International Chamber of Commerce Sri Lanka (ICCSL) have been accorded ‘Elite’ customer status by the Commercial Bank of Ceylon, consequent to the Bank joining the ICCSL as the Exclusive Banking Partner for its ‘Discount Retail Card’ for members.

Commercial Bank’s Elite status makes the ICCSL members eligible for a select collection of special benefits from the country’s benchmark bank, including the allocation of a Relationship Officer for every holder of an ICCSL membership card; a lifetime free Elite Debit Card, the right to apply for premium Credit Cards and discounted banking charges and fees.

Additionally, the Bank will offer them a range of deposits, advances and investment opportunities tailor-made for this segment, personalised service when they visit Commercial Bank branches and year-round discounts and lifestyle offers on their Credit and Debit Cards.

ICCSL membership card holders will also have access to Commercial Bank’s Elite branch situated in a well-appointed facility at Gregory’s Road, Colombo 7. The branch has private meeting rooms, a Business Centre and safe lockers, in addition to the comprehensive facilities of a branch.

“As a leading provider of world class banking services to the corporate sector, we understand the needs of senior business executives in terms of technology, service and convenience, and are proud to be the Exclusive Banking Partner to the ICCSL,” Commercial Bank Managing Director S. Renganathan said. “We welcome all ICCSL membership card holders to our Elite customer segment and look forward to providing them with the priority service they deserve.”

The world’s largest business organisation working to promote international trade, responsible business conduct and a global approach to regulation to accelerate inclusive and sustainable growth, the Paris-based International Chamber of Commerce has, over the years, expanded its roots in 130 countries and has a membership of over 6.5 million. The ICCSL is the Sri Lanka chapter of the ICC.
