CEAT Kelani Holdings Ltd., is to invest Rs. 4 billion for the upgrading of production infrastructure. The decision was made by the Kelani Tyres PLC at its Board of Directors meeting on 2 April.
The investment will be financed by CEAT Kelani Holdings.
