Brantel Lanka Ltd. has increased its stake in Resus Energy PLC to 10% after purchasing over 5 million shares ranging between Rs. 42 and Rs. 42.10 a share for an estimated Rs. 214 million.
Resus Energy reported a net asset per share of Rs. 29.92 in the June 2025 quarter.
Resus Energy’s major shareholders are private equity firm Trydan Partners Ltd., (32.54%) and ACL Cables PLC (32.53%).
