Ashok Leyland Ltd., Deputy CEO K.M. Balaji has been appointed to the Board of Lanka Ashok Leyland PLC as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director.

Balaji has held a distinguished career with Ashok Leyland (being his first employment) spanning more than 32 years. Balaji started his career as an internal audit executive and has gained considerable experience in all areas of finance, including treasury, investor relations, pricing and product cost engineering, budgets and budgetary controls, MIS, costing, business finance, indirect taxes, sales finance, product development finance, centralised receivables, and

payables.
