The CEAT Sri Lanka Super Series 2016, which kicked off on 12 June with the Calvary Super Cross meet, promises to be a thrilling contest that already has motorsports fans on the edge of their seats.

The CEAT Sri Lanka Super Series is organised by the Asian Motor Racing Club in conjunction with the Sri Lanka Association of Racing Drivers and Riders (SLARDAR) and conducted as per the national sporting code.

The next race of the series will be held at the Pannala racetrack on 31 July. The Pannala racetrack is Sri Lanka’s only racing track that has been built according to international FIA standards and is the perfect location for the second race of the series.

This race will be followed by the Commando Super Cross meet, which will be held on 8 and 9 October. The racers will then return to Pannala for the final race on 12 and 13 November.

The two races to be held at Pannala will also be a part of the Sri Lanka Automobile Sports Tarmac Championship. The Pannala race meet will start at 9.00 a.m. on 31 July.

All cars and motorcycle racing enthusiasts are welcome to participate and entry forms can be collected from and submitted to the SLARDAR office at No. 128 (second floor), High Level Road, Nugegoda between 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. on weekdays. The closing date for entries will be 22 July.
