The illustrious father once headed the regulatory body of capital markets – the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) – and the son today is leading the engine – the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE).

The appointment of Krishan Balendra as CSE Chief on Monday should add a fresh feather to the cap of Balendra family.
