A touch of class – ‘Mayuri’ is back in Colombo

Award winning sari brand ‘Mayuri’ by Thangam Mathai will once again be on sale on 27 and 28 November. The brand which is renowned for being handcrafted and sustainable, is also noted for the vibrancy of the colours used.

This unique brand is available in block prints, with exquisite embroidery, in a range of fabrics which include tussars, silks, tissues, organzas, cottons and kalamkuris.

A fashion show featuring the ‘Mayuri’ range of breathtaking saris will take place at the Kingsbury High Tea on 27 November, with all saris displayed being on sale, while the main sale itself will be held on 28 November at the Women’s International Club, in aid of the projects of Zonta Club 1 of Colombo.
