The Sri Lanka Association of Manufacturers and Exporters of Rubber Products (SLAMERP), which was established in 1985, celebrated 30 years of dedicated service to the rubber industry in Sri Lanka.
The ceremony was held on 14 January at the Cinnamon Grand Hotel in Colombo under the patronage of the Minister of Plantation Industries Navin Dissanayake.
The success of SLAMERP can be attributed to the dynamic leadership and guidance provided by its founder Chairman over the past three decades. In recognition of their leadership, guidance and immense service, N.G. Wickramaratne and P.G.J.M.G. Pringiers were presented with two special awards.
