RPC ups Namunukula stake to 67%

Namunukula Plantations (NAMU) has announced that RPC Plantation Management Services Ltd last week purchased 613,824 ordinary shares at a consideration ranging from Rs.89.0 – Rs.90.

Subsequently RPC Plantation Management Services Ltd holds 16 million shares representing 67% of NAMU. As of September 2017, RPC Plantation held 65% stake.
