New J.S.P Tea Factory establishes all-time record price

New J.S.P Tea Factory situated in Mathugama achieved an all-time record price at the weekly tea auction held on 19/20 July 2022 by securing an attractive price of Rs. 5,250 per kg for the FBOP1 grade in the Low Grown category.

Piyasoma Jayasinghe is the Proprietor of J.S.P Tea Factory managed by Manager Sharanga Jayasinghe.

This tea was marketed by Ceylon Tea Brokers PLC and was sold to Imperial Teas Ltd.
