Mulatiyana Tea Factory establishes an all-time record price

Mulatiyana Tea Factory, situated in Mulatiyana, managed by K.H.G Mahinda Padmasiri and Malinda Padmasiri, realised an all-time record price at the weekly tea auction of 27 February, by achieving Rs. 1,000 per kg for OP in the Low Grown category.

The teas were purchased by Jafferjee Brothers. The sale was conducted by Ceylon Tea Brokers PLC.
