In the Uva Medium category, an invoice of Glen Alpin FBOP sold at a price of Rs. 3,350 per kg, equal to the existing record for this type of tea. This tea was purchased by Inter Tea Ltd., and is sold by Asia Siyaka Commodities PLC.

Glen Alpin Estate, which is under the stewardship of Manager Mahendra Pilapitiya, is managed by Balangoda Plantations PLC, a member of Melsta Corp., a Stassen Group company.
