Dickwella Estate showcased their outstanding capabilities in manufacturing the high-quality ‘Ceylon Tea’ by achieving three all-time record prices in the Uva Medium Region at the Colombo Tea Auctions held on 3/4 May.
These lines of tea were marketed by Forbes & Walker Tea Brokers Ltd.
This Estate is ISO 22000:2018 and Rainforest Alliance certified.
Dickwella Estate is managed by Malwatte Valley Plantations PLC under the stewardship of Regional General Manager, Chaminda Perera and veteran Factory Head, A.M. Shajahan who were instrumental in achieving this feat.
Uva Highlands Estate achieves all-time record price
Uva Highlands Estate achieved an all-time record price of Rs. 2,100 per kg for an BOPFSP grade in the Uva High Region at this week’s tea auctions held on 3/4 May.
This Estate is ISO 22000:2005 and Rainforest Alliance certified.

Galamuduna Estate (Selling Mark – Windsorforest) situated in the Kandy District, achieved an all-time record price of Rs. 2,050 per kg for a BOPSp Grade in the Western Medium Grown category at the weekly online tea auctions held on 3/4 May.
This line of tea was exclusively sold and marketed by Forbes & Walker Tea Brokers Ltd.
This Estate which is ISO 22000:2018 certified has maintained consistent standards over the years in manufacturing high-quality Orthodox Leafy teas in the respective region.
Galamuduna Estate is managed by Kahawatte Plantation PLC under the stewardship of Director Plantations, Chaminda Gunarathna and Estate Manager Muditha Rajasekara.
Senhora Synergies Group achieves another two all-time record prices
The young and energetic teams at the respective factories demonstrated their outstanding capabilities yet again by achieving another two all-time record prices in the Western Medium region at the weekly tea auctions held on 3/4 May.

– BOP1 Grade recorded a price of Rs. 2,900 per kg
Bambrakelly Estate establishes all-time record price
Bambrakelly Estate established an all-time record price of Rs. 1,860 per kg for a BOPSp grade in the Western High Grown Region, at the weekly tea auctions held on 3/4 May.
This Estate is reputed for manufacturing high-quality tea and is Rainforest Alliance & ISO 22000:2018 certified.
Bambrakelly Estate is managed by Horana Plantations PLC, a subsidiary of Hayleys Group under the stewardship of Subash Narayanan.

Torrington Estate sets all-time record price
Torrington Estate achieved an all-time record price of Rs. 2,300 per kg for an OP Grade in the Western High Grown Region at the Colombo Tea Auctions held on 3/4 May.
This Estate is reputed for manufacturing high-quality tea and is Rainforest Alliance certified.
Torrington Estate is managed by Agarapatana Plantations Ltd. under the stewardship of W. P.N. Wasantha.

Delmar Estate excels once again
Delmar Estate excels once again with two all-time record prices in the Uda Pussellawa Region at the
weekly tea auctions held on 3/4 May.
They were BOPSp Grade recorded a price of Rs. 1,560 per kg and PEK1 Grade recorded price of Rs. 1,940 per kg.
This Estate is Rainforest Alliance certified. Delmar Estate is managed by Udapussellawa Plantations PLC, an associate of Browns Power Holdings Ltd. under the stewardship of Shamil Perera.
