Ceciliyan Tea Factory shines with 2 all-time record prices

Ceciliyan Tea Factory showcased their outstanding capabilities in manufacturing best quality Ceylon teas by achieving two all time record prices for low grown Pekoe Dust grades at Rs. 1750 per kg at the weekly tea auctions held on 31 May/01 June 2022. 

Ceciliyan Tea Factory is situated in the hills of Kalawana in the Ratnapura district and is managed by Ceciliyan associates Ltd. 

This achievement was made possible by the young and energetic team at the respective factory endeavouring to achieve new heights through effectively collaborating with the senior management as one group creating a unique culture of producing high quality teas. 

Ceciliyan Tea Factory is ISO 22000 certified and has won several awards for its quality manufacture and ethical practices. The record breaking lines were marketed by Mercantile Produce Tea Brokers Ltd. and was sold to M/S Uniworld Teas Ltd.
