All -time record price for Alagalla Tea Factory

Alagalla Tea Factory located in Alagalla established an all-time record price at the tea auction held on 12 May by securing a price of Rs. 880 per kg for an OF grade under the “Peakwatte” mark in the CTC Low Grown category. This line of tea was purchased by Tea- Link Colombo Ltd.

Alagalla Tea Factory is managed by Alagalla Group and this line of teas were marketed and sold by John Keells PLC.
