Alhewana Super Tea Factory establishes all-time record price

Alhewana Super Tea Factory, once again, has achieved an all time record price of Rs. 10,500 for a low grown FBOPFSP at Tea Auction held on 28/29 June. 

Alhewana Super Factory is located in the Kalutara district and this factory is owned by Nilanga Dela. 

Alhewana Super Factory is well recognised for manufacturing quality teas and more often they obtain premium prices for their teas at the weekly auctions.

This line of tea was marketed by Mercantile Produce Tea Brokers Ltd. and was purchased by Akbar Brothers Ltd.
