‘Her Business Matters’: Spa Ceylon Moves Beyond Celebration to Fuel Women-Led Growth

Spa Ceylon launches ‘Her Business Matters’, a nationwide initiative empowering women-led businesses with growth support for International Women’s Day 2026.

‘Her Business Matters’ is rooted in the ethos that empowered women build empowered economies, and is inspired by Spa Ceylon’s own entrepreneurial heritage. The initiative will run throughout March, and any female entrepreneur who has founded and developed a business that manufactures or produces locally in Sri Lanka is eligible to apply.

Each week, five selected women-led businesses will receive dedicated brand amplification through Spa Ceylon’s marketing reach, influencer partnerships, and community network, significantly expanding their visibility and reach.

Applicants will participate in a curated development workshop in Colombo, featuring business leaders from Spa Ceylon alongside external industry experts. The session is designed to provide practical tools for sustainable business growth, covering key areas such as social media strategy, advertising, compliance, brand positioning, and scaling. In addition, Spa Ceylon resource personnel will host targeted fringe events tailored to specific business categories, helping participants refine their skills for a competitive edge.

Applications for ‘Her Business Matters’ will be accepted throughout March 2026 and can be submitted via the official Google Form link found across Spa Ceylon’s official social media platforms. All entries will be screened based on scalability, relevance, product and service quality, as well as long-term growth potential. 

Through ‘Her Business Matters’, Spa Ceylon continues on the success of its ‘Act For WIN’ initiative from 2025, marking a second consecutive International Women’s Day dedicated to purposeful, community-driven impact.
