The LEO District 306C1 is one of the six Leo Districts in Sri Lanka and has been awarded as the most outstanding District Council in Sri Lanka.
With the leadership of the District President Leo Dhanushka Ramanayake, the council has decided to organise a career guidance programme targeting all LEO club members in Sri Lanka.
LEO Career Devel-opment Programme will be the ultimate platform to expose LEO members to career options and build their understanding of the key issues to consider in career decision making.
Since the challenge of making a career choice has remained one of the major concerns for the younger generation of our society this would be a great opportunity to groom the members to make an impact in the corporate world and to be a part of leading organisations in Sri Lanka.
Guest lecturers will feature Amana Bank Head of Marketing Siddeeque Akbar, Maliban Biscuit Manufacturers CEO Sales and Marketing Ravi Jayewardene and MAS Intimates Managing Director Dian Gomes.
The panel discussion will consist of Achievers Lanka Business School MD/CEO Faris Ismail, Raigam Group of Companies Chairman/CEO Dr. Ravi Liyanage, Western Province Minister Udaya Gamanpila, Lions District 306 C1 Governor Lion Wijitha Manamperi and Unilever Sri Lanka HR Manager Chathurika Amarakoon.
