Shemal Sarma of Wycherley International School (www.wycherley.lk) was recently placed at Augustana College in Rock Island Illinois USA (www.augustana.edu) to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Business by Scholarships for USA (Pvt) Ltd. (www.scholarshipsforusa.com) with an amazing scholarship. Shemal, referring to services extended by SUSA, commented: “They were open and direct and always showed confidence in me. Displayed professionalism throughout. I was very comfortable and free to ask any question to clear all doubts. They also work fast, round the clock and with great urgency. Very committed to their task and stood by me at every turn. I would recommend them to anyone who deserves such service.” Wycherley International has worked closely with SUSA for many years and has seen many of their alumni benefiting from SUSA’s facilitation. Augustana, a selective, private liberal arts and sciences college with over 150 years of history, was discovered by Priyanthi Dissanayake in ’12 in her continued quest for quality and most affordable US higher education for Lankan youth. Located in a scenic 115 acre wooded and hilly campus on the Mississippi river it offers nearly 90 majors covering many areas of study. With its 2,500 students from all over US and 20 countries it makes a perfect school for close interactions with professors and the student body. The three students already placed have expressed what a great school Augustana is and how much they have already gained academically and spiritually. Referring to SUSA’s passionate commitment of helping Lankan youth to access US education Liz Nino Director International Recruitment Augustana commented: “SUSA’s Lankan students have brought a diverse aspect to our Augustana Campus. They are enthusiastic, good natured, critical, genuine and most importantly passionate about their liberal arts education that has allowed them to evolve personally and professionally.” Working from home office since ’01, driven by a passionate mission to see many others benefiting from US education (the same way both daughters benefited), SUSA is the only Lankan institute which works exclusively with US schools, visits US each summer in search of most affordable schools and works only with schools who have agreed to offer top scholarships to every student introduced by them.
