Global forces and new technology have reshaped the playing field. Therefore, when you teach business in a world that is constantly changing, we need to make it experience-based learning (EBL). We need to preparestudents to become problem solvers who can handle unexpected events in their chosen field. Our students learn by doing; the classroom is a laboratory in which they test business principles and emerging new knowledge. They get involved in group work, presentations and tutorials as a part of their learning process. Additional sessions to improve communication and other soft skills are also conducted regularly.” Enhancing and nurturing the talents of students to make them wellbalanced individuals is also a task undertaken by the institute.
