IPM felicitates past presidents

The Institute of Personnel Management, at a ceremony held recently felicitated their past presidents. The felicitation ceremony took place at the HR House members lounge amidst a distinguished gathering.

The Institute of Personnel Management commonly known as “IPM” was established in 1959 by a team of professionals headed by the late Sir Ciril de Soyza to develop the profession of Human Resources Management. The Institute since then has come a long way and developed as the leader in the country’s Human Resources Management.
