IFS Manager Training Kandasamy Yogendirakumar stated that they currently employ a large number of IIT Graduates who have contributed and added much value to developing their services and solutions and hence they were always keen to hire IIT graduates.
“We find that the quality of the IIT graduates are high and very much in keeping with the kind of exacting standards that we maintain within our own organisation. “Career days, like this, are important because they provide our students with opportunities to liaise directly with industry leaders,” IIT CEO Dr. Sampath Kannangara said.
“It’s not just about creating a chance for our students to meet with potential employers, it’s also about providing our students with opportunities to discuss important aspects of their education like internship opportunities and career mapping. IIT is dedicated to providing our students with the best education possible, and that would not be possible without our close ties with the industry and their continuous endorsement of our institute and its study programs,” Dr. Kannangara said.
