IIHE has announced it has moved to a brand new, specious campus with over 25,000 sq. ft. of space in the heart of Colombo.

The campus is strategically located next to the Bambalapitiya Railway Station and walking distance from main bus routes. The complex is opposite Majestic City which means that all conveniences for students are only a hop and a step away. The facility includes purpose built lecture rooms and all modern facilities to provide a comfortable learning environment.

Dr.Phil Grant, representing the Vice Chancellor, University of Wales, attending the 2010 Convocation, commended IIHE for up keeping the stringent quality standards set by the University of Wales for both the BSc and MBA programmes. He stressed on the unique and direct relationship, UOW has with IIHE. IIHE is the only institute that is authorised by UOW to award fully fledged, legitimate degrees in Business, Computing and MBA in Sri Lanka. He also pointed out that the degrees offered at IIHE are globally marketable and undergraduates are well received by industry as they are employable without training.

IIHE Chief Executive Officer Dr. Tilaka Weerakoon is extending an invitation to all interested students and parents to visit the new facility and meet the faculty. He emphasised the importance of students selecting programmes of study that are globally recognised.
