Wigneswaran sworn-in by President again, as Provincial Minister

Northern Province Chief Minister C.V.Wigneswaran was sworn-in before President Mahinda Rajapaksa as a Provincial Minister last morning at the Presidential Secretariat.
Wigneswaran will hold the provincial ministerial portfolios of Finance and Planning, Law and Order and Public Administration among others in the newly-elected Northern Provincial Council that will hold its inaugural session at Kaithady Jaffna on 25 October.
SLFP General Secretary Minister Maithreepala Sirisena, Ministers Nimal Siripala de Silva, Susil Premajayanth, Dullus Allahapperuma and Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, Governor of the Northern Province G.A. Chandrasiri and TNA Parliamentarian M.A. Sumanthiran were also present at the ceremony.
