Turkish Airlines began its operations in Sri Lanka yesterday, adding the country as its 219th destination. Turkish Airlines will operate flights to Colombo five days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays in both directions, linking Colombo to the worldwide network of Turkish Airlines.
