Secretary Defence inspects Akuregoda Defence Headquarters Complex

Secretary Defence and Urban Development Gotabaya Rajapaksa made an inspection visit to review the progress of the constructions of Defence Headquarters complex in Akuregoda, Battaramulla on Saturday. During the visit Rajapaksa inquired into the progress of the project and gave necessary instructions to the officials entrusted with the

constructions. The constructions of the project carried out by the tri forces personnel together with Central Engineering Consultancy Bureau (CECB). Once the project is completed the Ministry of Defence and Tri Forces Headquarters will be shifted to the Defence Headquarters Complex. Engineers and tri forces personnel also accompanied Secretary Defence during the inspection visit.
