People look at the Rs. 3 billion Nelum Pokuna (Lotus Pond) Mahinda Rajapaksa Performing Arts Theater during its ceremonial opening in Colombo yesterday by President Mahinda Rajapaksa and Zhang Meiying, Vice Chairperson of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference of China.
