Qatari boost for Sri Lanka

The Kingdom of Qatar over the weekend gave a major boost to Sri Lanka with the signing of nine bilateral agreements. Here Qatar’s Emir Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani is in discussion with President Mahinda Rajapaksa, whilst MP Namal Rajapaksa is also present
