CBL invests Rs. 1.2 b for dedicated manufacturing facility for exports
Ceylon Biscuits Limited (CBL) is to open a new manufacturing plant at Seethawaka Export Processing Zone to cater to the increasing demand of its export market.
CBL said it will invest around Rs.1.2 billion on this new factory which is a BOI approved project.
CBL Chairman Mineka Wickramasinghe laid the foundation stone for the venture yesterday with the participation of senior officials of the Company and the SEPZ.
