Ever the entertainer, Deputy Minister Dr. Mervyn Silva seemingly gave famous maestro Sunil Perera of the Gypsies a run for his money as he took the mike at the Royal Ceramics dinner dance last week and showed off his singing prowess, much to the delight of the guests.
