The newly appointed Secretary to the Ministry of Transport and business leader Dhammika Perera chats with former Navy Commander and current Secretary to the Ministry of Highways Admiral Wasantha Karannagoda. The meeting was at a grand dinner hosted on Sunday by Dhammika's first holding company the Vallibel One Ltd., in connection with the highest ever private placement of Rs. 4.9 billion.
