It was smiles all around when President Mahinda Rajapaksa greeted UNP MP Dr. Harsha de Silva, a vociferous critic of the government’s development agenda, and MP Ruwan Wijewardene at the opening of the Tellippalai Trail Cancer Hospital in Jaffna yesterday.
