Earful of talks?

The US and Sri Lanka yesterday wrapped up the eighth round of talks under the Trade and Investment Framework Agreement (TIFA) Joint Council.Perhaps a coincident Assistant USTR for Central and South Asia Michael Delaney (second from left) and Secretary, Ministry of Industry and Commerce Tilak Collure (second from right) were captured by Daily FT photographer Upul Abayasekara at a news conference with their fingers pointed to the ear akin to implying they concluded an earful of bilateral talks.
