Central Bank Governor Nivard Cabraal on Friday manoeuvred an earth drilling machine vehicle at the ground breaking ceremony for the construction of the new building of the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka at Elvigitgala Mawatha, Colombo 8, in the presence of CEOs of major banks. The IBSL's 10-storey complex is to be based on the model of a city campus and will accommodate facilities for staff and students and span across a land area of 80 perches – Pic by Lasantha Kumara
