Casual is cool!

President Mahinda Rajapaksa is taking a break in the cooler climes of Nuwara Eliya over the long weekend. As opposed to Economic Development Minister and brother Basil Rajapaksa's choice of his official attire the President opted for casual clothing at a ceremony to celebrate Deepavali festival with children of plantation schools yesterday at President's House in Nuwara Eliya.

Here the President apparently cracks a joke at Basil and could he be saying casual is cool?
