Theva Residency walked away with two silver medals and five bronze medals at the Culinary Art Exhibition, presented by the Chef Guild of Lanka.
The silver medals were won by Chef Herath for Plated Appetizers and Nuwan for Sunquick Mocktail Competition. Two bronze medals were won by Executive Chef Sujith for Buffet Platter and Vegetarian three-course menu, plated desserts for pastry chef Indika, five-course set menu for Chef Bogahalanda and Wasantha for Sunquick Mocktail Competition.
This exhibition is the premier platform to showcase the talents of Sri Lankan chefs and bartenders. It is a great achievement for a small-scale boutique hotel in the hills of Hantana to compete with large hotels nationwide and be awarded seven medals in such prestigious categories.
