The Eden Resort & Spa emerged victorious at the National Business Excellence Awards (NBEA) 2015, by being adjudged the winner in the Hospitality and Tourism sector. The recently concluded prestigious annual awards ceremony was held under the auspices of the British High Commissioner to Sri Lanka and the Maldives James Dauris.
The Eden Resort & Spa won the Gold award in the Hospitality and Tourism sector which was one of the most coveted awards at the NBEA Awards ceremony. The company competed with many other corporates to emerge the best in this sector.

The National Business Excellence Awards is an annual award competition conducted by the National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka (NCCSL) with a view to recognizing business enterprises, which have demonstrated excellence in business, whilst contributing to the economic progress of the country. Applications for the awards were strictly evaluated by a team of highly qualified professionals and the final selection was made by an expert Panel of Judges. Applications were evaluated on the basis of a seven-point criterion and applications were reviewed and evaluated in a three-stage process.
