Tea Trails has been listed among top 10 all-inclusive resorts in the world by tripadvisor.com. The popular travel web site says Tea Trails is a wonderful place and a unique concept:

Four planters’ houses nestled amongst the tea plantations. It is possible to walk from one to the other ... some walks easier than others! Visit a fully functioning tea factory... you will never drink a cup of tea in the same way again! The houses all have their individual personality.

We stayed in Castlereagh which was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were superb. The food absolutely delicious (maybe a bit too much!!!) Sri Lanka is truly a wonderful country with a huge variety of climates, vegetation, population, etc. and a visit to Tea Trails and the hill country completes the picture.
