Sri Lanka Tourism launches ‘ Jetliner’ brochure

Sri Lanka Navy’s Jetliner has now become a popular venue for meetings and events following the initial launch sometime back.

  Sri Lanka Tourism which undertook promotion of same was able to launch a comprehensive brochure depicting all facilities and attractions on Board which includes panoramic view of the City when sailing towards the South.

 ‘We wanted to give ‘Jetliner’ a boost,” says General Manager of Sri Lanka Convention Bureau Vipula Wanigasekera.  

The Navy Commander and the heads of Jetliner past and present were very proactive and made the Jetliner a ‘business like’ operation which also enabled us to promote this product among Corporates and Meeting planners.

“ In fact we have planned the welcome dinner of the UNWTO meeting on Board and this is one of the most prestigious events we have in our 2011 events calendar,” Wanigasekera added.
