Serene Pavilions wins three International Hotel Awards

Serene Pavilions has won three awards at the recently-held International Hotel Awards in association with Bloomberg Television UK.

The three awards that were won by Serene Pavilions are: Gold – 5 Star Award – Best New Small Hotel Construction and Design Sri Lanka; Silver Award – Best New Small Hotel Construction & Design Asia Pacific; Highly Commended Small Hotel in Sri Lanka.

Commenting on the awards, Deputy Chairman/Chief Executive Anura Lokuhetty stated: “Winning these prestigious awards will bring lot of recognition to the standard and quality of hotels in Sri Lanka.”

He was pleased that within such a short period of time Serene Pavilions had already won several international and local awards.

He added: “We will continue to work hard to bring such recognition to Sri Lanka and thereby work towards bringing new recognition to Sri Lanka as a destination which can cater to the requirements of the up-market tourists as well.”
