Promo Lanka Marketing (PLM) and EuroKitchens Trading and Contracting (EKTC), the purveyors of a range of cutting edge solutions including the very best in products, services and resources for the hospitality industry, has once again taken on the role of Gold Sponsor for the Hotel Show 2015. Debuting a new concept in client interactions at a forum such as the Hotel Show, the Promo Lanka stall will focus on a solutions provider concept rather than simply showcasing products.
Speaking on the concept of the stall, which will take up the space of 12 standard stalls at this year’s exhibition from 22 to 24 May, PLM and EKTC Chairman/Managing Director Azad Mansoor explained, “We have always looked to providing bespoke solutions to our customers. While this is no simple task, we have designed this year’s stall at the Hotel Show 2015 around the concept of providing each visitor with a tailored solution perfect for their needs. The stall will act as a consulting lounge rather than traditional exhibition stall and it will house some of our key products. What sets it apart however is that our team will sit down with each visitor and help them find solutions based on their specific needs.”
PLM and EKTC, together with its Italian architectural arm Piea Associates is set to enter the construction field in Sri Lanka. The company also enhanced their wide portfolio of products recently with a new range of bar and buffet ware from WNK Hong Kong as well as an expanded bed, bath and table linen range as well as new housekeeping products.
Speaking on the new range, Mansoor explained, “At Promo Lanka we believe in providing customers the widest range of quality products and services available in the industry. We are constantly looking to innovate and add products onto our portfolio – in an effort to continue to offer our customers the best possible services. By sourcing fabric from the best quality suppliers in India and China, we are able to provide quality luxury solutions that are tailored at our factory to meet the needs of each client and project.” The companies also provide interior and exterior consultancy including design concepts and the provision of quality equipment for the setting up of kitchens and laundry, and provide advice on HACCP certification compliance. The group has recently completed projects at Waters Edge, Mount Lavinia Hotel, Club Bentota, Galle Dutch Fort Building, Independence Arcade, Minor Group Thailand, Peace Haven Hotel in Tangalle and Avani Hotel Kalutara.
The company will be sponsoring the Bocuse D’or Competition this year for the second time, thereby helping the industry hone the skills of Sri Lankan chefs, preparing them for the world competition.
