New Resident Manager at Taj Samudra Colombo

Taj Samudra Colombo has promoted Ranil Perera to the position of Resident Manager. Prior to his promotion, Perera held the post of Executive Assistant Manager (Food and Beverage) at the property.

Taj Samudra Colombo, strategically located in the heart of the city, is one of the leading five-star hotels in the island. In his new role, Perera will oversee all operations at the 300-room property, which boasts of peerless views of the Indian Ocean over the historic Galle Face Green, exceptional food and beverage options, fabulous banqueting facilities, and outstanding recreation and fitness centre.

Perera brings to the post 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to Taj Samudra, he held senior management positions, internationally with Soneva Fushi by Six Senses in Maldives and Club Rannalhi, Maldives; and locally with the Cinnamon Grand Hotel and Cinnamon Lakeside Hotel in Colombo.
