Mihin Lanka rewards passenger feedback with free flights

Mihin Lanka, Sri Lanka’s national low cost carrier recently conducted a ‘Feedback Form Draw’ at the Mihin Lanka Head Office in Colombo to reward passengers for their valued feedback after flying with the airline. The Mihin Lanka Feedback Form Draw was carried out by Asanka Fernando, Head of Sales, Mihin Lanka in the presence of Mihin Lanka’s senior management and staff. The winner selected from the Feedback Form Draw was Zacky Badurdeen from Kollonawa. Mihin Lanka hands out feedback forms to all passengers on their flights and every six months, the forms are entered into a draw where a Mihin Lanka passenger wins a return ticket to any destination of their choice. The Mihin Lanka feedback form is a crucial part of the airline’s efforts to improve its service and passenger experience. All feedback forms are assessed by Mihin Lanka’s senior management who analyze all the passenger’s points and take all their suggestions into consideration. The Mihin Lanka feedback form is available on all of the airline’s flights and all passengers are welcome to fill it in and share their thoughts about the airline’s service, in order to stand a chance of winning a free return ticket with the airline.
