Collecting the awards at the ceremony, Malaysia Airlines’ Group CEO Ahmad Jauhari Yahya thanked his team for their commitment to providing true Malaysian hospitality.
“It is an honour to receive this prestigious 5-star ranking and to be additionally recognised by our passengers as leading the way in service and hospitality on-board Malaysia Airlines. There is no more important accolade for an airline than the feedback of its customers and the independent and global nature of the SKYTRAX World Airline Awards makes these awards the pinnacle of any airline’s achievements.”
“I am very pleased that our Malaysia Airlines team has been recognized for its passion to deliver the best service to our guests for memorable experiences during their journey with us,” he added.
