Hilton Colombo Residences on Tuesday announced the winners of the Hilton South East Asia & India (ISEA) F&B Masters 2016/2017–Hotel Level competition. Following an intense contest amongst 45 food and beverage enthusiasts who are vying for the chance to represent their hotels at the Country Level of the Hilton ISEA F&B Masters 2016/2017, the Hotel Level winners of Hilton Colombo Residences are:
“The Hilton ISEA F&B Masters is one of our many ways to discover, develop and celebrate the extraordinary talent we have in our hotel and I am certain our Hotel Winners will do us proud at the ISEA F&B Masters 2016/2017 – Country Level competition,” said Karim Schadlou, General Manager of Hilton Colombo Residences.
Since its inception in 2014, the Hilton ISEA F&B Masters has given numerous participating team members across Southeast Asia and India the opportunity to develop their skills and creativity in their chosen F&B discipline.Contestants can compete in any of their chosen F&B discipline, namely – culinary, dessert, bar, barista and sommelier – and to be in the running to win exceptional once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
At the Hilton ISEA F&B Masters 2015/2016, over 700 team members from 40 hotels across the region participated and created close to 1,200 unique recipes. The winners, through their prized trips to Australia, Japan and Scotland, fuelled their passion for food and beverage, gained wonderful insights to improve their craft and enjoyed meaningful experiences while rubbing shoulders with maestros.
The Hilton ISEA F&B Masters consists of three rounds of competition: Hotel Level, Country Level and Regional Finals. The first round competition for Hilton Colombo Residences was held earlier this week. The Hotel Level winners each represent the hotel at the Country Level round of the Hilton ISEA F&B Master 2016/2017. The Hilton ISEA F&B Master 2016/2017 – Country Level competition will be held in the fourth quarter of 2016.
