KrisFlyer is Singapore Airlines’ sought after frequent flyer programme. KrisFlyer members can earn miles when they travel on Singapore Airlines, SilkAir, Scoot, Tigerair as well as 30 other partner airlines. KrisFlyer also collaborates extensively with over 170 non-airline partners worldwide ranging from banks to hotels, travel services and retail, so that members can continue to earn miles for rewards even when they are not flying.
These miles can be used to get free redemption tickets, to get upgrades on your next flight to your preferred destination or even to purchase items from the online portal of Singapore Airlines’ flagship inflight retail store.
KrisFlyer miles can be used to pay for KrisShop items in full, or in part alongside cash, subject to a minimum of 3,000 miles per transaction. Members can also earn KrisFlyer miles when they make payments with a mix of miles and cash, on the amount paid with their credit or debit card.
KrisShop is Singapore Airlines’ inflight retail store. It offers a wide selection of over 250 products, ranging from duty-free liquors, skincare, travel essentials and exclusive mementos inspired by the signature batik kabaya of the Singapore Girl.
KrisShop is available on all Singapore Airlines flights, except selected short-haul and regional sectors where inflight sales service is unavailable. Customers can also shop online at KrisShop.com to access an extended range of products and offers. Purchases may be collected on their next Singapore Airlines flight, or delivered.
